What the holy hell...

There is no reason for this. Maybe in a movie, but... really. Why?

Introducing light up cereal boxes. They react to an electrified coil in the shelf, so they wouldn't be doing this at home, but they're going to do everything they can to attract you in the store.

THIS IS A WASTE OF OUR RESOURCES AND ENERGY! No?

Hipsterrunoff.com

A good friend recently introduced me to Hipsterrunoff.com where they post some pretty interesting information and some fairly radical ideas... and it's pretty fantastic.

Here we have a chart, which they say is actually factual and true, of SAT scores VS choices in music.

It's pretty interesting. My taste in music is all over the place, what does that mean? I got a 1200 on my SAT's (I know... I could have done better, but frankly I didn't care), so does that mean I can like everything below my score? I'm a HUGE fan of Jazz, but I also love Guster and Ben Folds...

Interesting.

Here's the chart:

The new thing to do on the Facebook...

Have you made yours yet?

Don't know what I'm talking about?

A new fad over on the Facebook is called "25 Things..." It's actually turning into a pretty honest and sincere list for most people. Here's the catch, you can't really do it unless someone has tagged you in theirs.

Here's what up.

Someone started the 25 list and decided to write down 25 things about themselves that not many people knew, or no one knew (how very post-secret!), or something they themselves have just realized about... themselves. Then they tagged 25 of their friends in the note.

Those 25 people may or may not read the note. If the ones who read it have read it entirely they know that they themselves are supposed to continue the tradition by writing 25 things about themselves in a note (with the rules!), tag the person in it that they originally read it from, and then tag another 24 people. 25 things, 25 people, two rules... it's simple right?

No!

You may not realize it, but coming up with those 25 things is hard! And sometimes it's hard to write it down and have everyone you know read it! A few of my friends have filled out the list - including myself - here are a few of their "things"

17. Sometimes when I'm walking around with my headphones on I pretend it's a soundtrack to my life.

6.I have difficulties not drinking to get drunk, not having public transportation has tested my will power.

25. I'm watching The Golden Girls right now. Thank you for being a friend.

22. I fart. Like, a lot. I think I fart more than any human should. And they smell. I have caused a rehearsal to be cut short and have made friends literally dry heave. I’m kinda proud of it.

10. I get lonely thinking about how all my close frends are in committed relationships.

15. I could live off of Diet Dr. Pepper and Doritos.

24. My biggest regret in life is losing my photo album of all my favorite baby pictures at music camp in 8th grade.

18. When my daughter is away and I miss her, I sleep with one of her stuffies. It's still not the same.

8. I hate when the people and Dunks mess up my coffee, but I'll never go back in and ask them to fix it.

18. I have OCD about a lot of things. For example, In the Roslyn house there was a patch of floor between the kitchen and dining room that was three pieces of wood, different widths, Thick, Thick, and Thin. I wouldn't step on any cracks, (as to not break my mother's back) and that involved turning my foot sideways on the thin one, even when I was running. Also I did a little pas de bourree step going into the bathroom to accomplish this feet. Each piece got one step, every time.

5. Some days I just really miss my Nana.

21. My feet smell, but only in the winter.

22. I love going to the batting cages, bball courts and bowling. I am not good at any of those activities but I don't care.

7. I have four impenetrable walls. It's hard for me to open up to people and become true friends with people. This is also why I shy away from relationships, especially ones I really want.

2. I avoid confrontation to the point that little problems become big, huge, ridiculous problems. Working on that too.

19. I have A LOT of gray hair... like a lot.. well a lot for someone who's only 23.. I blame my mom for that one.

19) Christmas is my favorite holiday, but I am agnostic. I see it not as a celebration of Christ, but more a time to come together with and be grateful for your family, appreciating what you have to the fullest.

25. I HATE when my friends smoke. I feel as though they ignore the death threats because they feel they are invincible. I wish I could introduce them all to someone dying of lung cancer from smoking or second hand smoke. Not because smoking is gross, but mostly because I just care a lot about them.
